Iqbal and Gilmour lead Scotland in Dubai

Huge congratulations to Club Coach Moneeb Iqbal and former West player Andrew Gilmour, who are leading Scotland in Dubai this month. Scotland have several ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 fixtures against Canada and the UAE in the sun. While today’s first fixture ended in defeat for the Scots, it is great to have two West members representing the country. In addition, Andy Umeed has been recalled to the squad after a hugely impressive 2023 season. Well done!

We wish them all the best of luck and hope they bring the sun back to Hamilton Crescent on their return!
