West of Scotland enter WDCU Development League

This season, West of Scotland join forces with Hillhead to compete in the newly formed Western District Development League on Sundays, starting 12th May 2019.

The new league provides an excellent opportunity to play competitive cricket on Sundays, with a focus on developing young cricketers from the junior game into longer format senior cricket. It also gives older players the chance to play in a friendly atmosphere, regardless of experience.

West join Ayr, Clydesdale, Torrance House, Helensburgh, Poloc Academy, Renfrew, Stenhousemuir Academy, Uddingston and Weirs in the league. West are delighted to support the WDCU in this initiative.
