West trio represent WDCU vs Ulster Schools

Congratulations to Tom Lord, Areeb Umeed and Mark Wilson, who were part of a WDCU Youth Select XI that faced Ulster Schools at Kelbourne Cricket Club this week. Areeb captained the side in both the 35 and 50 over fixtures, with Ulster Schools unfortunately winning both matches. Mark scored a mature 49, as well as taking several wickets across both fixtures. Tom and Areeb also contributed with the bat.

This season has seen many of our juniors move into senior and representative cricket and it is great to see them getting the opportunities they deserve. Well done to all of you!
